Worst of the worst hotel. Not even deserve 0 start. This hotel should be banned and closed down. Not sure how authorities are sleeping and allowing it to operate. Rooms were extremely dirty. Does not have proper light. Light bulbs were fused and not working. Bathroom was even more dirty. Bathtub was broken. Everything was worst. Authorities should close this so called hotel

Very tired old property. Heavy deodorizer smell.Bathroom.had a strong urine odor. Rusty old heater, no exhaust fan to get rid of any odors. Parking limited.

I don’t believe there was assigned parking, but I don’t think there’s enough spots for all rooms. We were on the ground floor and had parked in front of our door. Someone had parked there while we were gone and we had to wait and see if anyone was leaving to be able to park so close enough to our room. That was my only issue.
Overall check in was quick. Room was clean.
It was a last minute decision to use that motel while visiting the falls, super convenient that there was a Tim Hortons around the corner!

The motel was right next to noisy road. The fridge was not far from the bed was very noisy. The TV did not work for the two nights that i was there. They charged me a parling fee (one night) while the motel was located in a residential area with no parking restrictions and plenty of them.

Ken provided us with an excellent service.
My family and I were driving from Chicago, so it took us much longer to arrive than what I had expected. We arrived around midnight. Even though the check-in was closed after 9 PM, Ken allowed us to check-in late with a minor fee of $20.
I highly recommed this affordable motel with great service.

Very kind hosts. Quiet, comfortable and great shower with fridge and microwave! What else you want? Once quality decorating/trim work is done the price will go up!

Room was filthy! Upon entering the room the overpowering scent if air freshener sent myallergies into overdrive. It was obvious that this room had not been thoroughly cleaned since long before COVID as the ground in grime on airconditioner was proof.
The door did catch and lock well upon closing.
AND there was an additional $30 charge to park the car.
