The Rex Motel is a nice place to stay for the price. The grounds outside definitely need maintenance as they are overrun with ****s. The room was small but clean as we expected. Nothing exceptional overall, just a place to sleep, shower and be close to the falls (less than 2 miles away). You can find parking near the falls ranging from $10 to $50 a day. Overall this an average stay, we did not expect big hotel services or amenities and this suited us just fine. If you plan on spending tons of time in your room I would say look elsewhere, but again to sleep and get ready to go out and about the day this was perfect for the price.

Property well located, close to downtown and falls. Very affordable. Beds comfortable and clean. We recommend as a very good lower budget facility.
Owners should repair the entrance sign as it is hard to find in the evening. It is a self check-in, so for change of towels or other needs, call owner tel # .

No A/C in room, Central A/C controled by owner. No Alarm Clock, No Ice machine, Dark room. Small room with bed too large for it. Kings size bed takes all the space. Only 2 power outlet in the whole room, Coffee machine about 10 years old. Coffee poor quality....Very basic room. For 1 night it's ok but no more than that. They do not change sheets or towels before the next customer. We stayed 3 nights and we had to ask for clean towels because they don't change it.....
