Öncelikle personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Işlerini iyi yapıyorlar. Onun haricinde otelin fiziksel konumu da çok iyi. Akşam restoranda yemek yedik, yemekler de ***et başarılıydı. Tekrar geleceğiz.

Lovely hotel in Iznik. Feels a bit dated and could benefit from some updating given the price. The included breakfast is usually buffet-style, but sometimes they serve a simple plated, continental-style breakfast instead. Otherwise it was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for both lake and town.
