Disturbed sleep at due to binmen at 3AM in the morning. Otherwise very friendly and convenient location in central Nice.

We loved our stay at this little boutique hotel nestled into the heart of Nice. The rooms are quite small, but this was perfect for us. Would recommend to any solo or couple travellers.

Hotellet låg på en stor gata och i hörnet på plage Maseda, stora torget så läget var helt perfekt. Kunde gå ner till Le Promenade och havet i bikini om jag ville. Hotellet är litet men rent och fräscht och mitt rum likaså. Trots bullret från gågatan så hördes ingenting när man stängde fönstret oc aircondition funkade perfekt. Personalen trevlig och mycket hjälpsam. Rekommenderar detta hotell

Our room had a balcony and two windows! Which was awesome to experience the great weather. Everyone at the front desk was always very friendly, nice enough to give advice for tourists like us and very flexible (with leaving luggage there before check in, etc). The location is right in the middle of all the action! Highly recommend!

The location is amazing. It’s less than a block from the tram stop and a five minute walk to Nice’s old town.
