Standard Room is small and sometimes can be suffocative as windows can not be opened all day long. 🏨 is close to Nice Gare and major road . You can hear noise from both cars and 🚄 passing by outside early in the morning.

It is the second time that we stayed here and would happily return again. A wonderful experience in the perfect location.

When my flight was cancelled, the hotel didn't want to understand my situation..Instead of five nights, I stayed at the hotel for three nights. the hotel was dirty, especially the bathroom. They were given a room on the first floor overlooking the courtyard, which had air conditioning and had no view. The hotel does not pull on four stars, a maximum of three.Next time I would definitely not stay at this hotel.

Great stay in a 4 star at an unbeatable price. The breakfast included in the price is great with plenty of good products. The location is great (near the train station, right in the city center). Disadvantage, the noise of cars even after midnight. I think it's better to have a room on the 6th floor than on the 1st where I was. Maybe ask for a room facing the courtyard if there is one rather than facing the street. It would be nice for the hotel management to negotiate a preferential rate with the parking lot located opposite, it would be an undeniable plus.

The house is quite comfortable and the price/performance ratio is high in Nice. The room is clean and tidy. You can drink free cafe, hot cocoa and water downstairs. But the elevator is a bit slow.

Convenient location for tourists who prefer to travel along the coast. Train station 5 minutes walk. At the same time, the building is beautiful, clean and the hotel has a very pleasant interior. Not very big rooms, but stylish, clean. City view. There is a kettle in the room. And water and coffee machine at the reception. Very kind staff. I recommend!

Hotel perfectly located, opposite the station. Great welcome, good atmosphere. Warm and very clean room. Very well soundproofed from the outside, less so from the other rooms and the corridor. Also the doors are noisy. Some customers too.... but we can't help it!😉 I didn't have the opportunity to have breakfast there.

I think it's a good hotel. Good location and reasonable price. I recommend it.

The room is small, not very new overall, the smell is a bit strong, it may be because it is near the sea and it is humid, and it is close to the train station. If you travel from Nice to other cities, it will be very convenient. The staff is very friendly and communicates well in English

The service is very good and attentive. Although the room is not big, people come to clean it every day and keep it clean. The reception at the front desk was very warm and thoughtful. We arrived 2 hours early at that time, but we still checked-in and introduced the hotel facilities to us in detail. There is free water and coffee downstairs, but breakfast is charged separately

It's a great location very close to NICE-VILLE station, and the room was also neat and comfortable. Recommended for travelers who need to move.

Hotel located in a very convenient area and close to the center, room a bit small but nice and well furnished, with a small balcony, comfortable bed and modest bathroom

Close to the TGV station and about fifteen minutes from the beach. A pleasant decor however a huge downside on noise and room service. From 8am in the morning we hear the doors slamming, the cleaning service talking out loud etc and we find empty bottles of hydro gel, soap, shampoo etc. No point in leaving them available in this case. For the location 👍🏽 To rest at the hotel in the morning 👎🏽

Fantastic hotel,wonderful staff. The place is simple but classy, with attention to the smallest details, the rooms are beautiful, the breakfast even more so. The staff is super friendly and nice, it almost seemed like you've known them forever. Keep it up! I can not wait to come back :)
