The location is reasonably good you can walk to most places, the station is also walkable, there’s a small supermarket and a good bakery just behind the hotel. The hotel is in need of refurbishment specially the room furniture and most definitely the rooms and communal areas carpets. Our bathroom had been refurbished, however the toilet seat was very high , so not suitable for small children and very few toiletries. Four nights and our bedding wasn’t changed this was very disappointing.The worst thing was the air con , very noisy and you could barely notice it, there were 2 fans already in the 2 rooms so we had to manage with them but very impractical.
The staff are pleasing. Overall the hotel is not value for money
