The front desk was very friendly. They also let me store my luggage for free. There was free afternoon tea on the first floor. The room we stayed in was very large. The only downside was that it was not very soundproof, and the corridor was a bit noisy during the day. The toilet drain smelled a bit. Very good service from the staff at the hotel. Helpful and friendly. The location also is very good – very close to tram stations and the central train station. Very convenient for travellers. One drawback is the soundproofing of the room – it has been quite noisy throughout the night and can even hear others’ phone vibrating….

The room is quite small especially the toilet. The hotel is near the street so it could be very noisy even at midnight. Also, the hotel Wi-Fi connection is not stable.
