Short but pleasant stay. Rooms were comfortable and maintained a good cleaning standard. Good A/C and slippers were provided which is highly important and respectful. Location is only a short walk to Nice Ville station and all central activities of the city. Enjoyable stay

Good, good to do. Not far to walk to the train station. Walk 200 meters to the walking street. Walk another 600-700 meters to the beach. Clean, but the bathroom and shower area are very, very small. I went in and couldn't stand and turn around. If a person is big or fat, they cannot enter the shower. The hotel is quiet. There is a small elevator to go up and down. There is air conditioning in the rooms.

The breakfast was really average. When I checked in, I was told that it would be cheaper to book breakfast in advance, so I booked breakfast for three days. The result was really perfunctory. Some of the bread croissants were hard and some were soft and fresh. The one that felt hard was like the one before. There is nothing left to recharge during the day... There are very few breakfast options, basically bread and salad, and no other cooked vegetables. If you mind, you can look elsewhere. Once the window in the room is opened, it seems like it's someone else's backyard 😂😂😂 The window has to be opened artificially, otherwise it will close automatically. There are small flying insects in the bathroom sewer...

We went there late and upgraded our room. The only problem is that the bathroom has a strong smell from the sewer, which is a bit smelly. Hope it can be improved. Overall, it is a good review. The breakfast is simple, but it is ok.

Facilities: In a Japanese-style hotel in France, the toilet and shower room are completely separated; the triple room has no desk, which is a bit cramped; the only regret is that there is no place to put the kettle!
Hygiene: Very clean, someone cleans and makes the bed every day;
Environment: The transportation is very convenient, and it takes only 3 minutes to get to the downtown area, which is very convenient for eating and traveling;
