The location is very good, a 4-minute walk from the L1 light rail in the city and a 10-minute walk from the L2 light rail to the airport. Rooms on the second floor and above have balconies. It feels very good to get some air on the balcony.

The hotel is good for its position and the rooms are pretty comfortable. Two bedrooms and a living room with equipment for kitchen are good if you stay with family and children.
Two details I didn’t like.
1. Our sink in a bathroom was tapped and water didn’t go down. I called to reception to fix it, they answered that they don’t have anyone to come and fix it. The lady told me she will call me back to help me somehow but she never did it. We had 3 children and 3 adults and it was almost impossible to use a sink which is not nice at all.
2. The receptionist couldn’t give me an invoice for a company and avoid any responsibility of it. It’s not professional and nice as well.

We had to book this hotel very last minute and was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was lovely with the rooms very clean and staff super friendly. We recommend this hotel for its location as it was close to the tram line, old Nice and train line and the beach!
