Hotel d'Ostende

Incredible location, right next to the main shopping street and very close to old town + beach. Very cute window.

The hotel is located in a decent area within walking distance of the train station and tram stops. The reception staff were polite and friendly, but the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. There was a terrible unpleasant smell both on the floor and in the room, and the complete lack of soundproofing made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep because of noisy neighbors. You can hear every door slam, every time someone turns on the tap, and every word of your neighbors’ conversations. P.S. Using the toilet was almost impossible. I honestly don’t know how they managed to install the toilet like that - there’s simply no room for your legs.

Very budget friendly and clean, easy to access to Nice train station and central commercial area. The sound isolation is not satisfying, but it’s more than enough for a two star hotel.

The location of the hotel is too good. Prime central location. Nearby metro station and train station. Also walking distance to old town and major tourist spots

Ridiculously Small Bathroom and toilet in a corner that is very difficult to use unless seated sideways !!!

Good location. Next to the train station. Tram, buses and lots of restaurants around. Monoprix in 2 minutes. Nice front desk service. Warm and bright room!
