Small hotel but in the great distance from the train station, the room was big enough for 3 people, had one double bed and one single bed, the bathroom was quite small but equipped with all we need. Then lobby room should be bigger and provide some cutlery and cups for guests who want to bring something to eat.
The overall stay was good we love it.

I have to use a blanket as it’s too cold in the room. I have to turn up the air conditioner because of the cold weather in nice.

Great location, 25 mins walk to the promenade. Room was great for what we needed as we didn’t spend too much time in there. Bathroom wasn’t very big but wasn’t a problem for us. Everyone was very friendly on reception and allowed us to check in a bit earlier. Also free wifi.
Only downfall was that the walls were not very sound proof, could hear alot of doors banging and stomping from upstairs - but this was only minor.
Great stay and just what we needed for 3 nights in Nice :)

Great place to stay really good location with tram and central station within a few meters. Only a short walk from central station . The hotel has a lift which is a bonus for those travelers with heavy luggage ot large suitcases .. I HIGHLY RECOMEND this place to stay. It's pleasant.

建物の築年数、構造からしてやむ負えないかもしれませんが、上下階からの音や振動、排水の音が大変気になりました。また立地条件上仕方ないとは思いますが、道路を挟んで迎えのアパート窓テラスと向き合っていたため昼間でもカーテンは閉めっぱなしにせざるを得ない状況でした。
また、深夜まで騒音もひどくなかなか眠りに就く事ができませんでした。
最悪なのはトイレの設置がひどくて普通に座って用を足すことが困難であった。(写真添付)
あと、冷たい飲み物を購入してきても冷蔵庫が無いのですぐに生暖かくなり暑い時期でしたので非常に残念でした。
