The room really looks dirty, especially very very worn carpet. There were 4 squished dead mosquitoes on the wall with the blood of some previous resident. I told the man at the desk and showed him pictures. He said he would have the maid clean. when I returned later, one spot had been cleaned. I told the woman at the desk, and when I return later she had cleaned two more of the spots, I cleaned the final spot. Hotels in Nice are not cheap. This hotel is one of the cheaper ones but I can’t wait to get out of here.

The hotel is located right at the edge of the Old Town so every kind of food and shopping is available with some right below the hotel. It has a beautiful tower that is lit up at night. The rooms are not big but fairly standard for European hotels. We had 3 different rooms and they were all spotless. Yes, you need to go up narrow stairs to the rooms so I would not recommend if that would be a difficulty. Some rooms have balconies (very small, just enough for little table and 2 chairs). I would recommend if you want to stay up late and people watch below but if you would like a quieter room ask for one not on the street (I stayed in room 207 and has a quieter night than my friends). It is on the tram line and maybe a ten minute walk to the beaches (through the Old Town). Check out was at 10:30 am. The staff was pleasant.

Nella sua semplicità è un ottimo Hotels, personale squisitamente cordiale! a due passi dal centro storico, da piazza Garibaldi , camere pulite, letti comodi, accoglienza fantastica, ottimo il ristorante insomma per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno a Nizza senza tanti fronzoli è un ottimo e piccolo hotel dove soggiornare anche perché lo staff ci ha fatto sentire come s casa!

Hotellet ligger sentralt til - en kort gåtur fra trikkestoppet, og 10 minutters gåtur til stranden. Flere butikker rett i nærheten. Veldig hyggelig personale som var hjelpsomme. Det som trekker ned var noe dårlig renhold, det luktet urin på badet under hele oppholdet og var klissete på badegulvet. Ellers greit hotellrom med airconditioner (et must med det i Nice).

Karin was very helpful but the room was tiny, the shower was so tiny and it did not drain well. The was a pot for hot water and a couple of packs of sugar but nothing else. No elevator and very narrow stairs.

Clogged drain in small bathroom, curtains did not work. No space to open the suitcase in the room, and narrow stairs, as far as possible to bring a suitcase with you.

Fantastically cozy and fresh! The rooms felt newly renovated and in very good condition. Nice treatment by the staff. The breakfast was quite expensive and didn't look very exciting, but it's hard to say anything about it. The hotel is very well located with proximity to both pedestrian streets, alleys and the beach a few minutes away - highly recommend!
