The kindness of the lady at the counter put me in a good mood during my stay. The location is a 5-minute walk from the train station. Other attractions in Nice are also within walking distance. It is very convenient to take a bus to other places near the Côte d'Azur. The only regret about this scenic spot is the water temperature. It is not hot enough and is too warm to raise the body temperature to a warm level.

Lovely hotel, fairly convenient location as about 10 minutes from Promenade des Anglais and the tram stop. Room was clean and tidy although wallpaper and curtains need updating. Would have liked 4 coffee pods a day rather than 3, although there were tea bags left, if you like mint tea. .Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a family suite. Lovely and clean, two separate rooms, bath tub/shower, fridge, safe and tea/coffee. Easily walkable to shopping and beach. Tram stop nearby. Also near pastry shops and supermarkets. We arrived early and room was ready so were able to check in. Water available to take up to the room. Breakfast available but we did not take this. Rooms were clean, newly renovated and good climate control. All in all it was the perfect place to explore the city.

Nice hotel in centre of Nice with very pleasant atmosphere, very close to the railway station, to the beach and seaside romenade. Very good connection to airport by the tram line and than short very short walk distance from the tram stop. All important points of Nice in walking distance. Room standard accepted. Good equiped bathroom with hair dryer. Room cleaning everyday. Very tasty and plentiful breakfast. Nice and cordial service by the hotel team.
