convenient location. Just next to Line #1 tram Stop Liberation. Cafe and supermarket around. Matisee musee is close and can be reached on foot. The frontdesk staff is polite and helpful especially the girl on day shift. No fridge in the room but can use the hotel fridge. There is a weekend bazaar outside the hotel. wifi and hot water are good.

Did not provide unlimited bottled water and service from receptionist was just meh, lack of amenities. Building and room condition was too old, and poor sound proof, like you could literally hear the sound from the room corridor. There’s was an horror incident where someone tried to open my hotel room door, I was frightened, it turned out could be other guest went to the wrong room, it was frightening as no access card needed to enter different hotel room level. The lift was old and small, only for ascending, you need to take stairs to descend to ground floor, could be a hassle when you check out since you have your luggage with you.

The location was ok. The staff were friendly enough. However, our room was really tight for a 3 single bed room. The table was not big enough for 3 people's stuff. The airconditioning was not working so we had to open the window to cool the room or else it was so hot inside. Unfortunately, when the window was opened there were various noises you could hear like dog barking, the train passing, drunk men shouting and loud conversations by people shouting. The lift was tiny and there was only one, so we just had to wait for our turn when it was busy. The breakfast was ok. Overall, the place is very average, dont expect much.

The hotel is located within walking distance from the train station and a minute's walk from the tram stop. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.

It is unclear on the parking t&c, it will be better if guest would have known in advance to book it beforehand. Other than that, the location is central and only 5 mins walking to nearest tram stop.
