A decent hotel to spend a few nights in Nice city center. Close to the train station. Decent breakfast. The single room is too small though.

Nice hotel with small rooms
Grocery stores opposite, several cafes nearby
Breakfast at the hotel itself is good. I will mention juices and baked goods
The observation deck on the roof functions as a restaurant - open to everyone. There are no ghosts for hotel guests.
You can’t just go up to sit or use the pool without ordering anything.

This hotel is located in a good location in Nice, about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The breakfast is rich and the staff is very friendly. I will stay here again next time
