An excellent hotel with fabulous service. Management was very attentive to our needs. Each morning breakfast was delivered to our door. Breakfast excellent. Hotel provided. us with towels and mats. for the beach as well as tiding up the room each day. This hotel is highly recommended.

Some hotels just feel like home. This is one of them. Gilles was very accommodating despite us arriving late. We could have spent the day in conversation. From this hotel, you have the best parts of Nice in walking distance. It is our hope to return.

Der Herbergsvater Gilles lebt für seine Pension und seine Gäste! Er unterhält sich gern und gibt super Tipps für Sightseeing und Restaurants. Der beste Tipp war, sich die Tram App runterzuladen,dann kostet eine Fahrt vom Airport nach Nizza 1,70 Euro anstatt 10 Eur, die der Automat verlangt.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce petit hôtel, très convivial, très accueillant, dans un magnifique quartier de Nice, calme et assez près du centre. Nous y avons très bien dormi bien que la chambre était au rez-de-chaussée côté rue. Station de tramway toute proche, très pratique.

Non è un hotel ma un b&b ma con il prezzo da hotel. La camera era ampia ma il bagno decisamente insufficiente. La colazione viene consumata in uno stanzino di 7/8 mq max su sgabelli e faccia al muro e dovete sperare che non ci siano più di 5 persone a colazione altrimenti non c'è spazio. Ha disponibilità di un solo posto auto in stabile diverso a ca. 100 mt al costo di 18 euro a notte. Uniche note positive: non lontano dal centro, gestore disponibile. Non consigliato.

Nice boutique hotel, safe location and nice area. Front desk and all staff are extremely accommodating. Breakfast is okay, but mainly because it is in the basement. Sea is a short walk. Lots of restaurants, shops and the train within walking distance. Clean rooms. Rooms are not huge. Bathrooms are renovated. There is a lift.
