An excellent hotel with fabulous service. Management was very attentive to our needs. Each morning breakfast was delivered to our door. Breakfast excellent. Hotel provided. us with towels and mats. for the beach as well as tiding up the room each day. This hotel is highly recommended.

A small independent hotel in a residential area very close to the tram stop direct from the airport. Short walks to the promenade and the station. The hotel occupies the ground floor in an old building with just a few steps up from the street level.
The rooms are as shown in the photos. If you want modern and elegant it might not be right for you. Basic cleanliness as it’s an old building with dusty corners. It’s close to a crossroad with traffic lights and some drivers do love to share there music whilst waiting so if you are a light sleeper maybe try for a room further away from the junction. Breakfast is timed for later risers and is communal and friendly guests exchanging trips and experiences can add to the enjoyment. Gilles speaks good English and aims to be help.

Excellent séjour, accueil très chaleureux. Petit hôtel convivial et familial . Très bien situé dans Nice. Beau quartier. Literie confortable. Déco sympa. Petit déjeuner impeccable. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Terrible stay! The toilet stopped working on the weekend and they could not get a “technician “ to fix it till Monday morning! The internet DID NOT WORK! The management knows about it, and they give you a million excuses as to why it does not work. We made the reservation through Bookings and asked for the breakfast to be included in the price. When we went to check out we were told us that the breakfast was not paid for and we had to pay for it again. Who made a mistake here? We will NEVER return!

My 15 year old has declared this the best place we have stayed on our 2 week trip to France. Quaint with lots of charm, nice amenities (I was happy to finally have a place that provided wash clothes along with the towels!) yummy breakfast items, in a great location.

Some hotels just feel like home. This is one of them. Gilles was very accommodating despite us arriving late. We could have spent the day in conversation. From this hotel, you have the best parts of Nice in walking distance. It is our hope to return.

Der Herbergsvater Gilles lebt für seine Pension und seine Gäste! Er unterhält sich gern und gibt super Tipps für Sightseeing und Restaurants. Der beste Tipp war, sich die Tram App runterzuladen,dann kostet eine Fahrt vom Airport nach Nizza 1,70 Euro anstatt 10 Eur, die der Automat verlangt.
