This hotel is really great! The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The facilities are comprehensive and modern, and the location is fantastic – right next to the light rail station, and very close to the airport. The view from the window is lovely and it's quiet, plus the windows open completely so you can enjoy the sunshine. I really love this hotel; the staff are efficient, they helped me store my luggage, and most of them speak English. I'm very satisfied!

For a hotel at this price, most of them are really quite nice. You can even get some late-night snacks from the concierge, and the rooms are spacious with free coffee machines

The main draw is the affordable price, but the rooms are just okay. It's perfectly fine for a short stay. The location is convenient for transportation. Overall, it's decent.

Good hotel close to nice airport. Location is what makes it being close to train station so quick to Monaco and Nice. Great to take a lime bike straight from outside the hotel down the promenade into central nice down the dedicated cycle path. Breakfast is expensive and no cleaning in multi night stays are drawbacks.

A useful clean hotel, walkable from Nice airport although not the closest one. Situated near main roads, but didn't really notice any external noise. Decent sized and clean room. Certainly suitable before or after a flight.

Rooms is modern, acceptable-clean, bright minimalist style.
Bed is on the firm side but very supportive (great for people with back issue)
Powerful air-conditioning (a lifesaver in summer), and surprisingly good soundproofing for a station hotel. You can still hear trains during the day, but after 10 pm it gets very quiet.

Fairly basic room but had good air conditioning and the location was fantastic being a nearby walk to both the Airport and train station. Staff were friendly as well making the check in and check out processes nice and straightforward.

Very close to the station. The front desk service wasn't very professional, but they do offer free luggage storage. The room was old and run-down, and the toilet had a strange smell. Overall, it's a below-average hotel.
