The hotel is close to the train station and scenic spots; there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby; microwave equipment is provided; the room is very clean, there is hot water for bathing, and overall it is very good👍

The location is very strategic as it is close to the metro station and shops. The rooms are very nice and minimal...unfortunately the staff is not very helpful since having booked through a site external to the hotel and to be fair having communicated the time of my arrival there was no reservation. Luckily there was still a room with single beds which I had to accept otherwise I would have slept at the station. The boy was kind in the makeshift accommodation... while I found the rest of the staff unprofessional since it was their mistake in not registering the reservation, I was not given any discount for the next night or a voucher as happens in rest of the world...I was told that they would write an email to the director but to date I have not received a response.

The sound insulation is not very good, but the location is excellent, very close to the train station, which is very convenient. You can reach the train station in a few minutes' walk, and there are many restaurants around, making life convenient.

It was good for the price… nice alternative to a Hostel for a solo traveler. Location is perfect for day trips on the train and close to city center.

Everything was great, the hotel is quite clean and the staff is friendly. It is located near the train station, which was only a plus for us because we often left for a conversation.

Je suis allez un week-end pour le carnaval à l’hôtel de berne avec mon chéri et tous c’est bien passé ! Le personnel est super gentil, les chambres sont très propre, bon rapport qualité prix, l’hôtel est très central il y’a. Tous les centres d’intérêt accessible à pied ainsi que la gare à seulement quelque pas. Je recommande 😁
