Disorganization and lack of coordination between employees, inactivity of facilities such as sauna and jacuzzi, they changed my room three times in three nights.

Great location with train/tram service to Cannes, Monaco, and Nice within walking distance. Buffet breakfast might be pricey for some but the coffee and fresh juice was great and the selections were varied and delicious. Unfortunately there was a problem with the aircon, but open windows helped freshen the room. Two pools, sauna/jacuzzi, and gym is also available. Would return.

Lifts weren't working, strange man followed us into the hotel with no security questioning him. Tried charging us a deposit value greater than the price of the booking, general quality of the hotel was of a three star hotel.

There was nothing inside the room even toilet paper and I told the reception was about deliver issues it’s a basic issue why even no toilet paper

Nice room with plenty of space and nice bathroom, staff could do with being more friendly, and more than one biscuit + coffee option could have been provided next to the kettle since i did travel as a couple.

Can't imagine the hotel charging me the hotel deposit and the hotel deposit hasn't been refunded for a month. Because when paying by credit card, everyone remembers to check clearly.

Nice room and service, i liked the location since it was close to ecevrything.

It is nice location from the airport and city center by tram. Probably good choice for long term rental as well.

the first hotel in my life that told me there’s no room cleaning services even I stayed here for 5 days. They only allow me to use same towel for 5 days and no one clean the sheets or bathroom every night. The day check out i even need to take out the trash by my own. I’m stunned wow. The swimming pool on the top roof is fine though.
