It’s okay. From Monday to Friday, people pay less for a bed but can get one room per person!

Although it is a little far from Niigata Station and the bus center, it is possible to walk there. It was also a 20 minute walk to Sado Kisen Terminal. It is close to Furumachi downtown area. Everything necessary for daily life was provided and I did not feel inconvenienced. I had a very relaxing stay. Thank you very much.

とても楽しかったです。 First, I messed up in my reservation and booked a bed in a male dormitory (and i’m a woman). But after seeing my name, they sent me an email not long after to make sure I didn’t make a mistake (which it was). The female dormitories were full but they made sure to put me in it right after someone cancelled their stay. Thank you for this :) Then, the room was only 2 beds so it was calm and I had a nice roommate. There were some curtains for privacy and even a rod to hang our clothes. The owner was nice. We can check-in from 6am to midnight which is very convenient. And it is only 100円 to rent a bike, this is very cheap! Niigata has nice cycling roads, next to the river and the ocean. I highly recommend ! For the location, it might be a bit far from the train station by walking but it was perfect for what I needed : it was at ~ 20 minutes of walking from the beach, and from Toki Messe, which I was going to. If I go back to Niigata, I will book here ! ありがとうございました。

First of all, it's far from Niigata station than I thought. Because it is a residential area nearby, I was able to spend quietly. Niigata is a city, but it is surprisingly quiet. The building is old and the walls are weak, so it's easy to think that there is noise next door, but the day I stayed was quiet and I had a good rest. The owners are an elderly couple. At the time of check-in, the old man's story was a little long. I even taught them how to use the washing machine and the microwave oven (of course, there's no way they don't know how to do it). But I'm glad. It's cheap, the room is warm, and it's kind.

実家のような居心地のよさでした！タオルも自由に使わせて頂いてありがたかったです。他の宿泊者の方とお話できて楽しかったです。

It was a reasonable and comfortable space, and it felt like being at grandma's house, making you feel at ease. The building is old, but I thought it would be good for a long-term stay because it has everything you need.
