The location is near the station, so I don't have much to say about it, but the touts were annoying every time I went out for a while, so that was a negative. Although the cleaning was thorough, the facility seemed quite old. This time I used it at the peak season price for the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival, but I doubt I would use it again at the same price outside of the peak season.

I stayed there in early August. The front desk staff was nice, but the building is old and feels like a Showa era hotel. It felt like there was a power leak.
