とっても広々した旅館でした。何よりスタッフの方々の接客が良くてとても快適に過ごせました。ちょうど前日が大雪だったため、雪降り積もった日本庭園はとても風雅。客室数も少ない静かなお宿ですが、部屋はかなり広々してて、ほんと快適でした。 お料理もとても美味しくいただけました。おまけにシャンパンのボトルが13,000～14,000円でとても良心的でした（東京のホテルだと２倍以上取りますよね）。何より地元の酒屋さん（新潟 長谷川屋）が酒造のジンが絶品なのでぜひご賞味あれ。長谷川屋さんもタクシーで10分程度です。 温泉は硫黄の香りがやや強いので、ここは好き嫌いが分かれるかもしれませんが、泉質は良いのでポカポカで肌もすべすべになりました。あと、創業30年以上のためリノベーションしているものの、一部に古さを感じますね。それがいい味わいでもありますけれども。 とっても素敵な旅館で、思わず心付けもお渡ししました。またぜひ訪れたいなと思いました。

Stayed in a detached room with my family. It's a two-story building, so you can spend a relaxing and enjoyable time. The food and drinks are delicious, and I never thought there would be such a wonderful ryokan in Niigata City. The sulfur hot springs are also pleasant. In the detached room, there is also a garden where you can relax with a beer in the summer. It is one of the few inns where you can enjoy an extraordinary experience.

This year too, I visited hot spring inns twice a month. The end of the year is to Iwamuro Onsen Yumeya. Although it is a pure Japanese-style inn, it seems that there are also families and surprisingly young customers. The open-air bath is a smooth hot water that does not adhere to the black components that are characteristic of Iwamuro Onsen. The room is spacious, the hot food is served hot, and the explanation is polite. Speaking of Niigata in winter, you will be happy to eat the blackthroat seaperch. A rice ball was served for breakfast, which was perfect for a light meal during the drive. Although it is a mountain inn, it is also in Niigata city, and although there is a beauty of the garden seen from the lobby, the neighboring buildings are also in sight, and it seems to be a luxury in everyday life.

I used it on my trip to Niigata. The facility itself is a little classic, but I was able to spend comfortably from beginning to end in the spacious garden and well-maintained room. The dinner I was looking forward to was made with ingenuity in ingredients, seasoning, and cooking... I was able to enjoy every dish. And the Niigata sake recommended by the staff was also very delicious. I didn't know that Iwamuro Onsen was such a high-quality hot spring, so I was honestly surprised and happy. And above all, the staff at this inn are wonderful to deal with. I made good memories of my trip!
