Location was good, but room was not so clean

Good service

It was an 8 minute walk from the station. I was a little surprised that the building itself was older than I expected and the room was small, but it was not a problem as I was only there to sleep on a live tour. I thought it was good for the environment because it was a style that you bring your own amenities, including gowns, from the front desk.

I stayed as a single with a same-day reservation. I was treated kindly. Amenity is a system that takes what you want by yourself. I will take indoor clothes from the front of the front desk. The room is smaller than I imagined, and it is difficult to sit on a chair or eat a bento from a convenience store. The building was old and the air conditioner didn't work and the room didn't get cold. The bedside clock was also one hour behind, and I tried to adjust the time, but I didn't know how. Is it broken? I couldn't even listen to the radio. Breakfast was reasonably priced and had a lot of variety. They were kind enough to lend me a charging cable. I would like to stay again if only the facilities are improved.

大浴場、サウナ付きが良かった。無料で使えるマッサージ器が絶品。客室のバスは排水悪くてトイレの床に逆流し残念

駅から少し歩き、古いホテルでしたが、ドンキホーテが近かったり、アメニティが充実してました。 お風呂は大浴場があります。

The futon and pillow were a good match! In low-cost hotels, it is often uncomfortable to sleep and it is easy to put a strain on your back, but there was no such thing.

新潟駅の万代口は賑やかなので、私には南口が合ってます。南口からすぐ近くで隣にコンビニ、そして大浴場にサウナ！最高です😊

選択肢が無く喫煙室でしたが、匂いがひどい、バスルームも汚く一部破損、エアコン故障中などあげればキリが無い程のホテルでした。祝日前の当日予約の為、最終的に残っていたホテルがココで諦めがつきますが、値段的には5000円クラスですね。10000円以上出す価値は無いです

エアコン更新工事していましたが、既存エアコンのフィルターがかなり目詰まりしていて風量が全くありませんでした。その為、エアコンの効きが悪くやや不快でした。 この管理ではエアコンを新しくしたところで管理の不届は目に見えています。 古い施設をいろいろな方面でカバーしている努力が見えますが、エアコンフィルター程度は古くても、更新間近だとしても頑張って行って欲しいと思いました。

・駅からは近い方と言える。 ・17時前にはホテルの駐車場は一杯になるので離れた提携駐車場に止めることになる。 ・コンビニがすぐ隣にあるので便利。 ・部屋は狭く冷蔵庫も小さい。製氷機はないがフロントに言えば出してくれる。 ・男女時間割制のサウナ付き大浴場がある。(水風呂はない。) ・朝食ははっきり言って今一。 ・無料マッサージ器は古くて調子がよくない。 ・宿泊料金が安いせいか肉体労働者系の利用者が多い印象。
