地點很好，在湖邊，景色優美，服務員都懂英語，方便溝通。晚餐每道菜式都用心去介紹。客房環境不錯，也配有室內外風呂！值得推薦！

比較洋式的温泉旅館，房間數目不多，有4個樓層，但沒有電梯，房間面積算大，有向湖的露台，但公眾風呂很細。1泊兩食性價比OK, 附近也沒有很多食肆選擇。

應該特別説明為什麼這個旅店的服務差：其實旅店的工作人員大多是非日本人，會説日語、英語等，不僅服務好且很友好；但是，前台那位上了年紀的看似日本人，對持中國護照的旅客，表現出明顯的很厭惡態度…..許多事情衹能體會，無法一一細説，一句話：你遇見他算是倒黴了！旅店地理位置好的，就在湖邊。但，這是一家招待所，不能看網上的照片，實際進房間就一目瞭然了，乾淨但很一般，房間衞浴要上一個台階；其次，整個旅店一樓到四樓，沒有電梯，儘管工作人員會替您提行李上下樓；但是樓梯台階較高，自己上下樓梯權當鍛鍊身體了，有腿腳不便等情況的旅客，建議謹慎選擇；再者，泡澡的池小又少：室外一個，最多容納三人（還是自己熟悉的人可以擠擠）；室內一個，也就五六個人擠擠；淋浴龍頭共四個，可想而知。此外，早餐一般，晚餐蠻好還不貴。
總之，千萬不要遇見那個前台上了年紀的男士（難免）；自己腿腳一定要好；還要有付酒店的費用住招待所的胸懷。

The best hotel for my trip to Japan this time. The place is clean and cozy with the best view. The staff has guided us well on how to use the facility so we don't feel nervious even we are foreigners. Will go back there again.

位置不錯，面對中禪寺湖，28號車站下車走幾步就是了。晚餐不錯，早餐是自助的，種類相對少了一點，但也能吃飽。房間挺大的，可惜窗外有遮擋，不是直面湖景。最讚的是温泉，濃濃的硫磺味，還有温泉花，雖然衹有一室外一室內兩個池，但人少可以包場。
