Hotel Kojoen

The reception staff are very attentive, the hotel is very clean, and the lakefront has a beautiful view. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. The restaurant is very attentive to the cuisine. It is highly recommended to come back again.

The service is very good, warm and polite. The location is perfect, right next to the pier, very convenient for taking a cruise. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Limu Guanyin, 8 minutes to walk to Zhonggong Temple, and 3 minutes to the bus station. Because the overall hotel is a bit old, the facilities are also a bit old, and the room layout is very traditional. There was a sheet under the quilt, which was not very comfortable and the quilt had to slide under the bed several times. I chose Japanese style breakfast, which was okay. The dinner was more Western-style and tasted very good. The steak was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. However, I prefer Japanese food, so I was a little disappointed. When we left, we all walked outside the door. The girl at the front desk came out to say goodbye, which was very touching.

All the employees were very considerate. The view from the window was amazing. I was concerned about the image of the entrance and the smallness of the changing room.

This is the second time I stayed at "ホテル湖上园". Although it is not a high-end five-star hotel, my evaluation of "ホテル湖上园" can only be given five stars. This hotel has an incredible lake view, friendly service staff, warm and comfortable rooms, a value-for-money one-night, two-board package, and a relaxing loaner bath. Located on the shore of the lake, it has a six-star stunning lake view. The endless lake and the surrounding natural beauty are refreshing, whether it is day or night, it is an unforgettable picture. The service staff is very friendly and welcoming. They were always happy to help with any needs or questions we had. Their attitude towards guests is genuine and friendly, making us feel right at home. The restaurant also offers a value-for-money set meal with one stay and two meals. The combination of dinner-style set meals is full of praise every time. There are Japanese food and Western food for breakfast, both of which are quite delicious. Renkiri bath provided by the hotel. This is one of our favorite features. We can enjoy private hot springs at any time without an appoin**ent. As long as the usage time is written on the white board at the entrance, we can monopolize the tranquility and comfort of the bath. It is an unparalleled enjoyment to soak in the warm soup and look at the lake view outside the window.
