對比和之前入住的酒店之下，沒人幫忙拿行李，房間裏也沒有潤膚乳液。自來水可以直接飲用，但是那個熱水壺太大了，根本伸不進去。房間也沒有準備冰水，可能是前面住的比較滿意，配備的比較齊全，這邊就顯得略為簡陋了。吃的還可以。服務員也有人會説中文。有室內和室外的温泉可以選擇

酒店有56年的歷史，離鬼怒川温泉站走路8分鐘左右即到，一進賓館大廳就是滿滿的日式風格，前台服務態度非常友好，不但告知晚餐時間，還告知温泉♨️使用方法，在特別的時間點男女温泉♨️浴室互換，不能錯過了時間！進入房間是日式風格的榻榻米房間，有歡迎甜點🍮，和歡迎的千紙鶴，晚餐是當地特色的懷石料理，看上去像藝術品！温泉♨️有室內和室外露天風呂，並且有桑拿房！早餐也非常精緻和美味，是一次滿意而歸的温泉之旅！

非常推薦的酒店，55年的歷史，有服務的沉澱感，特別是料理擺盤精緻，很有温泉旅行的滿足感。（我選擇酒店的標準早餐絕對不能是自助）酒店的温泉也很棒，5個按小時計費的獨立露天温泉，可以享受屬於自己的時間。

全体的にとっても良い旅館でした！
駅からタクシーで5分ほどの距離にありました。歩いてでも行けそうですが、意外と距離があるので行きはタクシーで行くことをおすすめします！部屋からのマウンテンビューは天気が良かったのもあり綺麗な夕焼けと朝日を拝むことができました。部屋はとっても綺麗で、アメニティーもしっかりありました。温泉は20時から21時に男女入れ替え湯になります。9種類の温泉を楽しむことが出来ました。追加で3000円ほどですが貸切風呂もあります！
カラオケやダーツ、ゲームセンターもあって子供も楽しめそうなフロアがありました。目の前で作ってくれるガラス細工職人さんもいて飽きない館内でした。ご飯は夕飯も朝食豪も和食でとっても豪華でした。スタッフ皆さんとっても丁寧な接客で素敵な旅館でしたよ^ ^

総じて「ザ・温泉地のホテル」っていう感じでした。 古さは否めないものの、お部屋は綺麗にしてありました。 今回は和洋室ということでベッドもあり、和室もありというお部屋でしたので 快適に過ごせました。 温泉も広く、露天風呂もあり満足のゆくものでした。 湯上りどころのサービスもよかったです。 お食事はどれもおいしく、目でも楽しめ、食べておいしく・・・というもの。 スタッフの方々の接客もよかったのでまた日光に行くことがあれば利用したいですね。

従業員の皆さんの対応が、明るく親しみがあり親近感が持てました。 夕食は、懐石料理でタイミング良く料理が出され、地の食材があり美味しくいただきました。 お風呂は広い内湯と2種類の露天風呂があり、朝は風呂上りに「味噌汁サービス」があり、風呂上りの「味噌汁」は格別でリフレッシュしてくれます。
