今回は直前に予約したため、素泊まりとなってしまいましたが、この周辺のお店は閉店時間が早いので、食事付きで予約される事をおすすめします。各フロアの貸し切り温泉は素晴らしいですが、湯船の底に冷たい水がかなりたまっていて、かき混ぜてから温まるまでかなり時間がかかってしまいました。

I came to Nikko on a weekend off from a business trip as a solo traveler. As much as I love Nikko, I loved this hotel so much more! I would come back to Nikko just to enjoy Nishimachi club again. I was blown away by the level of hospitality and kindness from the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable and comfortable. The hotel itself was gorgeous and immaculately clean. I was able to easily book and use the private Onsen as well. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. When I checked out the staff gave me a little gift bag of homemade pound cake and then drove me to the train station. 5 stars!!!

誕生日に合わせ、高級ホテルを取ったのに、サプライズすら出来なかった😭
別にお金を払うからケーキの用意をお願いしたのに断られた！
高級ホテルなら頼まなくても、ケーキぐらい用意しても良さそうですけどね

とても素晴らしいホテルで感動しました。 スタッフさんの細やかなお心遣い、部屋のおしゃれさ、料理、貸切風呂など全てのクオリティーが高く、贅沢だなと感じながら最後名残惜しくチェックアウトしました。 彼女が誕生日祝いの旅行であることを事前に伝えていたのですが、サプライズで料理の最後にお祝いをして頂けて、とても嬉しかったです！ 二荒山神社が歩いてすぐ（5-10分）、日光東照宮（10分程）も近いので観光にピッタリです。 また違う時期に、是非共訪れたいと強く感じました。 本当に最高のサービスをありがとうございました。
