Decent hotel with a small onsen. There's a free access to the bigger onsen in a neighboring hotel, but that one was super crowded and dirty.
The room was fine, but the beds was not very comfortable and there were hair from the previous guests.
Tea, coffee, water weren't provided.
In general the hotel is good for its price, though.

방 깨끗하고 온천으로 가는 길이 조금 어렵지만 노천탕도 있어서 좋았다 뭔가 오밀조밀 있을 건 다 있는 느낌의 호텔 저녁을 주문하지 못해서 아쉬웠다

設施：見過最好的温泉池子，室內外兼備，種類繁多
環境：地獄谷邊上，非常浪漫，下着雪泡温泉
服務：吃的好，雪蟹腿自助加上各種生魚片和天婦羅

酒店沒有拖鞋，拖鞋要收費250円還是一次性的，如果開車來這家酒店離附近景點的話比較近，不是開車來的話出行不是很方便，在日本酒店裡性價比一般的酒店

Great stay with a spacious Japanese style room. Has onsen too. Only down side is that it is slightly further from train station

Traditional style hotel, with the interior looking like ryokan, which we really enjoyed (except the dark hallways). Furniture was a bit old but I'll take it as part of the charm. Check-in was instant, the reception staff was hospitable. The onsen was great too, I recommended it.
Location is a bit more far then other hotels.
