除了莫名其妙吃了一頓全素食晚餐和早餐外，整體温泉酒店還不錯。
但是誰要去温泉酒店吃素食呢……回程後聯繫了攜程平台詢問原因，到底是代理下單的問題還是酒店的問題。反饋速度倒是很快，兩天裏打了好幾個電話彙報進度，且願意承擔一部分退款，但一直沒有告知我們想知道的原因，到底問題出在了哪裡？

第二次入住，第一次住的洋式房，房間很大，很新。第二次帶父母入住，選擇傳統日式房，打開窗户可見雪山跟山川。服務人員態度非常好，體驗感很好，晚上會有工作人員主動幫忙鋪床。餐廳氛圍很好，每家一個固定位置，晚餐早餐都提前準備好。但包餐默認是素的，如果要換肉的記得提早跟客服説

Просторный номер в традиционном стиле. В номере было всего 2 полотенца, и для душа, и для посещения рёкеана. У нас был оплачен только номер, и мы хотели с вечера оплатить завтрак. Но сделать это не удалось - нам отказали на стойке ресепшен аргументировав тем, что на завтрак надо записываться заранее (но куда еще раньше, если не накануне вечером?)
Онсен небольшой, а перед ним многочисленные зоны мастерклассов

お風呂に入ってのんびりすることはできました。 注意点は部屋にコンセントがとても少ないこと、露天風呂は外が見えないこと、おかずは美味しいけど白米の炊き方が上手くないことでした。 部屋のお風呂とトイレはリフォームされたのかとても使いやすいのと、お風呂が入れ替え時間があって2箇所入れたのはよかったです。 値段の割に部屋も広く、川のせせらぎを聞いてのんびりできました。 とてもいい！わけでも悪いわけでもなくまずまずかなと思います。
