First of all, let me praise the hotel's service. It is simply a model. You can experience 100% care, 100% seriousness, and 100% diligence. In addition to meeting the various requirements of guests, a tip is that when you arrive at Kinugawa Onsen Station, you don’t need to take a ride. Let the hotel know in advance and the hotel will send a car to pick you up at the station. Of course, it will also be delivered to the station. In fact, the station is not far from the hotel, only a few hundred meters, and it is quite fast to walk there. The restaurant's food quality is good, whether for breakfast or dinner, it is worthy of praise. Sometimes the restaurant is full of customers and the three waitresses keep running around. It’s so hard. The hot spring water is so hot that I'll be sweating after a while. The room is large in size and the facilities are average. Because the price is not expensive, there are so many guests here that it is always full. Yes, a good hotel will naturally attract more people.

The hotel's hot spring is good, and local pear juice is provided when it comes out, which is delicious. The room faces the Kinugawa River and has a good view. The hotel facilities are old, but this is a common phenomenon in the local area.

The Kinugawa hot spring town is very depressed, and the impact of the epidemic is still there. The hotel does not have in-room dining, which is different from many hot spring hotels at this price. It is a pity that the Ctrip website should make it clear. Dinner and breakfast are quite satisfactory, acceptable and not surprising.

I came to Kinugawa Onsen for the first time. I looked it up on YouTube and decided on Sanraku. I got a call because I arrived late. I called when I arrived at Kinugawa Onsen and they said they would come to pick me up, which was very helpful! I think the building is old, but it didn't feel old. They offer sweets and tea when you check in. The woman who explained it to me was a foreigner and I didn't understand a few things because she was wearing a mask. I was surprised that the room was quite spacious, with three tatami rooms. There were about two types of tea and snacks on the table. The hot spring water is light, but your skin will be smooth after taking a bath. At dinner, a staff member will explain the details, but he will talk to you in a fun way and the food is delicious, so I was very satisfied with the meal! There was a wide variety of breakfast options and it was delicious. It was about 30,000 yen per person, so I was really glad I chose this inn. I was really grateful that they would take me to the station in the morning.

The staff went above and beyond to help make our stay a memorable one. They helped us with sightseeing ideas around Nikko and did multiple trips with the hotel shuttle to get our group of 9 to these places. Breakfast and dinner were spectacular, each meal prepared with such elaborate dishes. Onsen was larger, both indoor and outdoor available. Lots of skin care and hair products to choose from in the change rooms. Beautiful surroundings. A convenient store within 10min walk.

The quality of the staff was very high in every scene. I felt that they were not only entertaining the guests, but they were also heartfelt, so I would like to give them a higher rating than other hotels that are just polite. The accommodation costs are reasonable, but I am satisfied with the value stay.
