首先稱讚一下酒店的服務，簡直就是典範，你可以體驗到100%的關懷，100%的認真，100%的殷勤。除了滿足客人的各種要求，有個小貼士，那就是到了鬼怒川温泉車站，不用搭車過來，提前和酒店説一聲，酒店會派車來車站接。當然，也會送到車站。其實，車站到酒店不遠，也就是幾百米而已，走過來也挺快。
餐廳的餐飲水準可以，無論早餐還是晚餐，都值得稱讚。有時候餐廳客人滿員了，三個女服務生一直在奔跑，好辛苦。
温泉的湯很熱，一會兒就出汗了。
房間面積很大，設施就比較一般了。
因為價格也不算貴，這裏的客人可真多，一直處於滿員狀態。也是，好酒店自然來的人多。

酒店的温泉不錯，出來還提供當地梨汁挺好喝。房間面向鬼怒川，景觀不錯。酒店設施偏舊，但也是當地普遍現象。

鬼怒川温泉小鎮很蕭條，疫情影響還在。酒店不是房內用餐，跟許多這個價位的温泉酒店不同，有些遺憾，攜程網站應該寫明確。晚餐早餐中規中矩，可以接受也不驚喜。

初めて鬼怒川温泉に来ました。 YouTubeで調べてみて山楽さんに決めました。 到着時間が遅れていたせいか電話がかかってきました。 鬼怒川温泉に着いて電話したらお迎えに来ていただけるとのことで大変助かりました！ 建物は古いとは思うのですが古さを感じさせませんでした。 チェックインの時はお菓子とお茶を出してくれます。 説明をしてくれた女性は外国人の方でマスクをされているせいか少しわからないところがありました。 部屋は畳の部屋が3部屋もありかなり広めのお部屋でビックリしました。 テーブルにほお茶菓子も2種類ほど置いてあります。 温泉はサラッとしたお湯ですがお風呂上がりは肌がスベスベになります。 夕食はスタッフの方が説明をしてくれますがこの方が楽しくお話しをしてくれて食事も美味しいのですが楽しく食事ができて大満足でした！ 朝ごはんも種類が多く美味しかったです。 これで1人当たり3万円ぐらいなので私はこのお宿を選んで本当に良かったと思いました。 朝も駅まで送って頂けるので本当に有り難いです。

The staff went above and beyond to help make our stay a memorable one. They helped us with sightseeing ideas around Nikko and did multiple trips with the hotel shuttle to get our group of 9 to these places. Breakfast and dinner were spectacular, each meal prepared with such elaborate dishes. Onsen was larger, both indoor and outdoor available. Lots of skin care and hair products to choose from in the change rooms. Beautiful surroundings. A convenient store within 10min walk.

どの場面でもスタッフの方の質がとても高かったです。
お客様を接待するだけではなく心がこもっていたと感じられたので、他の丁寧なだけのホテルと比べても評価を高くしたいです。
宿泊費はそれなりにしますが、価値ある滞在で満足しています。
