별관은 디럭스 룸이랑 스위트 룸은 이미 리모델링 끝난 신식의 룸으로 깨끗하고 좋습니다.
냉장고 안의 프리드링크도 비싼 음료수와 도치기 맥주를 주셔서 감사히 마셨습니다.
본관 안에는 동조궁에서 본 잠자는 고양이등 패러디 조각들이 인상 적 입니다.

Geweldig hotel met veel historie. Heerlijk ontbijt ook. Locatie is praktisch en er is een shuttle service (gratis) naar het treinstation. De kamers in het hoofdgebouw zijn wel wat gedateerd maar dat is logisch. Ze zijn wel ruim en comfortabel.

去年9月來日光金谷吃過晚餐，印象很好，這次訂了新館新裝修的含早晚餐的房間，房間有31平方米，層高高，房間朝陽周正空間大，裝修風格優雅復古。房間有兩個缺陷：一是噪音，空調聲音響，窗户完全不隔音，外面車流聲音很大，我在房間必須戴耳塞或蘋果耳塞聽音樂，不然無法入睡在房間也待不住。二是淋浴站在浴缸裏，並且浴簾有一小塊臟了，這個店沒有大浴室，衹能在房裡洗澡。窗户有點漏光。晚餐的蟹肉餅和金谷風味煮魚很難吃，甜點中的冰淇淋很好。服務上餐廳服務員有些很優秀有些一般，離開沒有告別，餐飲品質和服務比不上價格低的中禪寺金谷。房間我觀察新館衹有3間靠裏不吵，本館倒有一排靠院子的房間。位置可以走到神橋、東照宮這片社寺。有接送車，見圖一。金谷是老字號酒店，我希望它越來越好，來日光還會入住。

以前から行きたかった金谷ホテル。館内ツアーはホテルの歴史を学べる。とくに朝食のおもてなしは一品一品細部にわたり丁寧に作られており、サービスも心配りができている。

Fantastic historical hotel, quite Unique. Delightful art work and wooden carvings. Surprisingly the menu seemed to be only in Japanese.
