What a remarkable experience! The inability to find words speaks volumes. Everything was flawless, meeting high Western standards. Additionally, we inadvertently left a sweater in the room as we continued to Tokyo. Upon contacting the hotel, the staff were immensely helpful in resolving the issue. They efficiently arranged for the sweater to be delivered to Tokyo, saving us considerable effort and allowing us to continue our journey peacefully. The service was exceptional, especially considering that the responsibility was entirely ours. Absolutely outstanding service..

The hotel is very nice and cozy, we like every corner in the hotel and staff are very friendly even suggested the good restaurant where was vary good. the room is well design and lovely. We had a good time stay in the hotel.

Room is huge compared to most Japanese hotel rooms. Modern styling, particularly loved the layout of the room.
Tv was a great size and quality but disappointedly didn’t have any smart tv apps you can log into. It does have movie and other satellite channels.
Bed was huge and super comfortable, 2 pillows on each side and a good weight duvet.
We stayed for 2 nights and loved our stay.

Hotel may not be at the most tourist friendly location but it’s ok for road trips. Hotel staff is excellent. Entire hotel from lobby to room is very well designed. Room is very comfortable and smart use of space that makes it feel more spacious that it is. 4 pcs of luggages, no problem at all! Interior design and materials used are excellent!

It is far away from Tobu Nikko Station. The last bus was at 16:45 when we arrived. After getting off the bus at 2D, we had to walk up a gentle slope. The room is relatively large, and there is nothing in the hotel. There is a famous wagyu restaurant nearby, and the price per person is about 800 yuan (RMB). After checking in on the first day, we walked to Tobu Nikko for dinner and took a taxi for 900 yen. The next day we took a taxi to Toshogu Shrine. There was a traffic jam and we saw Toshogu Shrine right in front. The driver took us around for a long time. Circle fare is 3200! Yesterday I asked the hotel to call a taxi to the train station and the price was 1,400! !
