位於湖邊，風景一流，十分寧靜，但自駕要上山落山，路颇灣。酒店早晚餐是自助餐，種類多，酒任飲。其中有一房間垃圾筒內仍有垃圾未清🙈 check in 時職員很協助，服務很好。

就是舊翻新，設施老舊，房間內不能洗澡，餐食在日本來説真的非常普通，唯一的亮點是前面有條河，其它也算不上景觀，非常不方便，不推薦

酒店很新，但位置偏遠，不開車的千萬不要選這家，附近什麼都沒有，溫泉一般，所謂的露天溫泉沒有景觀

酒店服務態度不錯，房間乾淨整潔，温泉泉質非常好，對多種慢性病有療效，離公交車站十分近，出行比較方便，離湯湖近，景色宜人。

Really great stay in the hotel, very clean and staff were extremely friendly and helpful!! Japanese style room was so cozy and the view was fantastic!!! Really great view of the surrounding mountains and lake. -1 star for the location due to the difficulty to find it at night. There were no streetlights in the area so we didn't know there were footpaths and had to do the dangerous route via the vehicle road in pitch darkness. Dinner wasn't fantastic but is included in the stay. Breakfast was decent though :)

食物日日都一樣，完全無新意。
酒店只有一個大浴場，房間只有私人廁所，但無淋浴間，所有人都要飯前或飯後到浴場沖涼，令假日期間嘅浴場十分擠迫。
