J’ai laissé un bagage dans la consigne de cet hôtel. Le personnel a détérioré mon bagage. Je n’ai obtenu aucune réparation ni excuses. Personnel odieux, et aucun soin au service à la clientèle. Je suis choquée que des établissements de la sorte aient encore une licence pour accueillir des voyageurs et/ou des bagages.

old but clean hotel. VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF (I'm a grandma.. they saw me arrive with a little luggage and changed the room because of my motor skills..) everything worked in the room. WHITE NICKEL LINEN. HOTEL LOCATED NEAR NIMES STATION BUT NOT NOISY. FLOWERS IN THE COURTYARD OF THE HOTEL.

J'ai fait une réservation longtemps à l'avance pour ma mère, on lui a proposé une chambre plus cher en indiquant que la chambre n'était plus disponible puis annulé la chambre... Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel qui n'est pas du tout sérieux...

Réservation via Booking tout était payé et confirmé avec mail etc... Nous nous présentons et là on nous explique que depuis le 1er juillet l'hôtel a été rachetée bla bla bla et qu'il y a plus de réservation via Booking et bien évidemment personne ne nous a prévenu et pas moyen d'être hébergé donc à 21h nous voilà à chercher un autre hôtel

Comme d'autres avant moi, réservation réglée et confirmée le 12 juin 2021, à mon arrivée le 18 juillet 2021, aucune trace de cette réservation !! Proposition d'une chambre de remplacement à 80e. Chambre sale, minuscule, dotée d'un lit de camp, pas de cintre dans l'armoire. Comment ose t on en France proposer de tel lieu. Horrible et sordide
