The hotel was clean and spacious. The local are was particularly beautiful and we felt we had lots if room within our apartmmet as well as outside in tye grounds. Facilities were good.

房間很好，有空調，還有暖氣，很暖和，房間浴袍很舒服，質感很好，因為帶娃了還給升級了親子房，寶寶很開心，最開心的。還有浴缸，累了可以泡個澡，作為休閑度假比較合適的，門口東錢湖，旁邊韓嶺青和吃了午飯，我家寶寶吃的很開心

衞生差勁，房間裏臭蟲蟑螂，衞生間缺乏浴霸，天冷無法洗澡。

初次來東錢湖遊玩酒店很多選了啟新度假村性價比很高，價格適中，環境很好，對面就是東錢湖，步行十幾分鐘有個韓嶺老街古香古色值得一逛人流量還挺大，度假村都是一棟棟別墅偏中式比不了五星酒店的豪華比較温馨每棟有一個大客廳，每間都有獨立衞生間適合家庭聚會，公司團建，帶孩子出行。尤其是服務超級贊，前台小姑娘服務熱情也推薦了出行方案，客房服務到位接送到別墅行李也幫忙拿到二樓還介紹了東錢湖的景點。值得推薦，來東錢湖還會過來。
