離鼓樓步行街非常近，可步行至鼓樓，出行方便，周圍吃飯的選擇也多。環境鬧中取靜，離開鼓樓步行街一步之遙，就在對面。春節假期出行，人手不夠，等阿姨打掃房間等了很久。
家庭間內部簡潔乾淨，性價比也很高。就是洗浴位置旁沒有遮擋的窗簾，緊靠着床，磨砂玻璃還是挺透的。賓館也沒有自己的停車位。

設施差了點，衞生也一般，住這店臨時一二個晚也湊合，主要是交通方便。
