前台超級有細心，辦理速度也非常快，特別有耐心有問必應，服務態度真的很熱情。
設備齊全的，房間設施應該有的都有，其中一樓還有一個免費自助洗衣房，包括烘乾機也有。晚上有免費送的夜宵，房間還送了2包小零食，一系列體驗下來，真的不錯。
交通非常好，出門就有地鐵站，2號線直達高鐵站或者機場。
衞生乾淨整潔做得很好，枕頭很暖和。
環境舒適愜意，天一廣場對面，窗户外面可以看到，外灘大橋晚上可以步行到，有機會來寧波一還會再選擇的。
