最近想選擇入住的還是算了，住了兩天第一天早上六點多就開始裝修，就在耳邊一樣非常吵，第二天早上8點開始裝修就在窗户外裝修，吵的根本不能休息，窗户關着都沒用。

房屋陳舊，房間空間較大。設施陳舊，地面地毯不易清掃，衞生環境不佳。價格便宜是優勢。周邊交通不方便，附近衹有一個公交站。
