房間佈局太不合理，設施設備太差，室內空氣也不流暢，一夜下來頭痛，樓層指導標識也不清楚，周圍吃飯購物也不方便，如有火災無路可逃，望加強安全管理。

衞生一般還可以，房間小也不特別重要，馬桶與洗浴中間沒有隔離，衹有底部導牆，因為馬桶這邊沒有地漏，滿滿積水每次趟水進去好不舒服，加上沒有一般性裝修與配套，這樣朋友來後直搖頭，當夜十點前，退房不退錢，就離開沒有住。
