這次在這個酒店入住是由悦希小管家所接待的，我覺得他的服務還真的挺不錯的，他為人特別的熱情啊，來這裏入住期間啊，有需要找他就挺方便的。他幫我開發票什麼的，他們酒店都是電子發票，讓我覺得很方便，店的衞生服務設施設備什麼的也挺不錯的，如果下次有機會來這個城市入住的話，還是會選擇這家酒店的。

覺得欣瑜小管家的服務真的是無可挑剔，熱心的幫我開發票，為我解決入住期間的問題，大堂工作人員也十分的熱情，見面都會打招呼問好，進入房間映入眼簾的是寬敞乾淨的空間和床上用品，讓人看了心情大好，大堂也是氣勢磅礴有一種華麗的氛圍，值得推薦。如果下次有機會來寧波，這家酒店依然是我的不二之選。

The front desk staff is very unprfoessional. They dont have any english speaker and that create a lot of troubles for us. We showed them our booking and ye they spend 40 minutes to varify that.
Irony is they give us the key of the room which was already occupied. That weas the worst embarrassment we have when we enter a room where a couple was sleeping. Later on, they change the room which was so bad as follow.
- Not insulated at all. The noise can go out easily and you cannot enjoy freely.
- The AC was **** and not cooling at all as it was centralized.
- The internet was the slowest and you have to connect every 15 minutes.
_ We requested for smoke free room area, yet they give us the room which was too smelly, and you can see cigarettes remains here and there.
- At the front entrance gate, a lot of useless people stand every time, and they are gossiping around and checking/staring everyone entering the hotel.
Overall, I would never recommend such a garbage for this amount of money they are getting.

週週小管家服務周到細緻，會主動詢問入住感受，給人一種在家的感覺，小管家總是會在我們需要的時候及時出現，不會打擾我們休息，又能滿足我們的需求，酒店房間衞生乾淨，酒店大堂還有喝咖啡的地方，設施設備比較齊全，酒店管家的服務意識也是比較強的，酒店附近還有公園也是非常不錯，酒店整體都是非常不錯的。
