酒店環境幽雅靜謐 餐廳菜品也很不錯！

非常棒的一次體驗，前台Theo非常好，給一個大大的贊，入住也主動拿行李辦入住，離開也主動過來幫忙搬行李，送到車上，非常的不錯，點贊👍

I was very hesitant when booking, after all, this Park Hyatt has a slightly worse reputation. In the end, I decided to choose it because of the level of luxury hotels. The hotel is well located, next to the conference center, close to Limin Village and Xiao Putuo. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Dongqian Lake in the hotel. Sitting in quaint restaurants such as Tea Garden and Red, I feel that my dining has become dignified instantly 😂. The overall external environment is nothing to say. It rained a few days when I went there, and it felt like a misty Jiangnan. But the room facilities are indeed old, the floor feels dirty, and there is even lime falling on the door of the bathroom. The umbrella handle in the room is sticky, and the design of the shower room is also a bit problematic. There is an area where the water is not easy to dry, which is not friendly to the elderly and children. The service and breakfast are neither good nor bad for a hotel of this level.

從踏入酒店的那一刻起，我就感受到了無微不至的關懷和貼心服務，必須要給個大大的好評！ 酒店的外觀設計獨具特色，內部裝修精緻高雅，酒店的游泳池清澈見底，救生員姜宏偉，李志剛服務熱情周到，當天還體驗了SPA，Teresa接待熱情，Emma手法專業，理療房房間設施設備齊全 不得不稱讚酒店的服務團隊，從前台到客房服務，每一位員工都熱情友好、專業周到。辦理入住時，前台工作人員Catherine高效快捷，還耐心地為我介紹了酒店的各項設施和周邊的景點、美食。在入住期間，客房服務Andy及時響應我的需求，讓我感受到了家的温暖。 總之，這次在入住體驗讓我非常滿意，下次有機會我一定會再次選擇這裏，也強烈推薦給其他朋友們！

環境一級棒，房間也給升級到了湖景房，符合柏悦的標準 但是因為酒店有點老了，淋浴間有水垢沒擦乾淨，洗手枱盆也很舊了

非常舒服，在古老的村落和建築裏改造的現代酒店非常好，就賴了一天泡酒店逛吃和休息。餐廳也好吃，錢湖漁港非常新鮮

If you want to guarantee good service, go to other hotels now! This hotel is a big bully. During the National Day holiday, I brought 4 elderly people to book 2 garden view king-size rooms. I arrived at the hotel at around 4 or 5 o'clock. They said that the room had not been cleaned yet and we couldn't check in. The view of the garden view king-size room is as shown in the picture, which is not as good as our small garden. There are two large trash cans at the door of the room. Is this the level of "No. 1 on the luxury list"? During the check-in process, I didn't get the room card until the room was cleaned. The deposit of the elderly was confiscated as promised, but it was still collected. On the way to the room, the shuttle bus also soaked the elderly's luggage and clothes. The room view and the trash can at the door feel very bad. I asked to change to a river view room. In the end, because of frequent problems, the elderly quarreled in the lobby before they got a free room upgrade and welcome fruit. Finally, they checked into the room at 6 o'clock after dark. In order to continue the itinerary, the flight ticket was changed in vain, and I still stayed in this hotel and paid for it. The itinerary was delayed, and then the hotel thought they had offered a very good treatment. During the whole process, I kept contacting the hotel remotely but they didn't respond or answer the phone. I couldn't get through to the hotel through the platform. I wanted to protect my rights and ask for a written record, but the hotel didn't respond. The front desk staff had been saying that there would be an additional charge for room upgrades, but the hotel later denied that they had said that. I was very disappointed.
