實際連住三晚，本以為會安排好點樓層好點房間，其實並不是，反而感覺是最差的位置之一，是不是用了套餐的緣故呢？房間設施有些是損壞的，清潔也是漫不經心。不小心在電梯口滴了幾滴奶茶在地上，馬上喊樓道里的服務員清潔，答應的很乾脆響亮，但直到兩天後走的時候茶跡依然沒動，令我們驚訝不已，難道公共區域幾天都不會清潔一趟嗎？最讚的算是早餐了，吃的喝的都不錯，服務態度也好。

國慶期間入住，雖然滿房，但可能本身酒店很大，也不顯得擁擠，吃飯遊玩體驗都很棒！房間很大，雙床房的每張床都有1.4米寬，親子非常友好~住的9棟面向東錢湖，雖然看不到湖景，但是視野也很棒~早餐中規中矩，亮點是有現做的咖啡~小童設施很豐富，室內外都有，康體中心可以泡澡。國慶期間補了差價用了酒店券，送了下午茶和明閣的餐券，下午茶不錯，廣東人表示明閣衹能算中等水平，但國慶期間這個價位已經非常實惠！小朋友根本玩不夠，下次還點名要來康得思😝

衹有在大堂有人幫忙搬行李，到了房間的門口行李都得自己搬。外賣很不方便，小哥説酒店不讓開到裏面，打給前台 前台説酒店無法送衹能自己電話小哥能不能送進去 自相矛盾。 別的服務也基本感受不到 房間開夜床也不添水 床品衞生也一般 衹有要好評🥲 不會再入住🥲

酒店的位置很好~
很安靜，離韓嶺和小普陀都不遠，很方便。
帶9月齡的小朋友親子游，可以預約提供床圍欄，室內的小童活動區波波池也蠻好玩的，蹦床可能適合更大一點的孩子。室外活動區域也很多，很適合親子游。
