The hotel is OK. I arrived early and stayed in a lake view room with beautiful scenery. The environment is quiet and elegant. There is a children's playground. I went to the restaurant to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. The overall evaluation is good. The parking lot is open-air and free, not an underground garage, which is inconvenient on rainy days. I left for two days before I remembered that I forgot the charging cable. I called him and he helped me find it even though he couldn't find it. I give him a good review. I will stay at his place next time I go to Ningbo.

賓館地理位置優越，臨湖而建，離公交車站，自行車租賃站都很近。衞生良好，服務意識強，特別表揚前台黃娟女士，熱情周到，原訂房間有一間WiFi無信號，及時幫我們升級換房，而且考慮到帶着長者，為民便於照顧，同時升級換房，並告知如有問題，可幫我們及時調整，真的非常感謝。5號樓距大堂略有點路，每當繞迷路時，都有工作人員熱情幫我們帶路，服務意識超強。早餐以中式為主，如能再豐富點更好。

I am not a demanding person, but encountering such a service attitude is an eye-opener.

The hotel is very clean and well-equipped throughout. From the front desk to the rooms to the restaurant, the staff are attentive, enthusiastic and polite. It is a hotel that will be chosen again and recommended.

Although I have not stayed in several nearby five-star hotels, I think Qianhu Yuezhuang Hotel is a very cost-effective and underrated hotel. The price for this May Day trip is the same as the price on weekdays and weekends. Although the hotel facilities are not new, the rooms are spacious, the hygiene is acceptable, the front desk is friendly, the breakfast is relatively rich, and the distance to various attractions is moderate. I stayed for two nights and was generally satisfied.

Overall it's OK. In fact, Dongqian Lake does not have a location problem. If the location is good, it is difficult to get in and out. It took more than half an hour to drive the last 200 meters. The bathroom still has a peculiar smell. On the last day, I had to rush back for something and wanted to pack breakfast. The two persons in charge of the restaurant repeatedly emphasized that there were no take-away boxes. The service details still need to be improved.
