在湖邊上，位置很好，房間有點老，但不影響住宿。住的臨路房間，早上有鳥叫，清晨沿湖走一走，還蠻舒服的。

酒店還可以，去的早住了湖景房，景色美麗。環境清凈優雅，有小童樂園，餐廳去吃了早飯午飯晚飯，總體評價還不錯。停車場是露天的免費，不是地下車庫，下雨天不方便。離開兩天才想起充電線忘了，打了電話過去，雖然沒找到也認真幫忙找了，給個好評。下次去寧波還會住他家。

賓館地理位置優越，臨湖而建，離公交車站，自行車租賃站都很近。衞生良好，服務意識強，特別表揚前台黃娟女士，熱情周到，原訂房間有一間WiFi無信號，及時幫我們升級換房，而且考慮到帶着長者，為民便於照顧，同時升級換房，並告知如有問題，可幫我們及時調整，真的非常感謝。5號樓距大堂略有點路，每當繞迷路時，都有工作人員熱情幫我們帶路，服務意識超強。早餐以中式為主，如能再豐富點更好。

在酒店八大碗餐廳吃飯，服務員上菜把湯水灑在我褲子上居然連個歉意都沒有，不知道酒店有沒有上崗培訓？事後向餐廳前台反映，説會向領導彙報。然後就不了了之。我不是個苛求的人，但遇到如此服務態度也算是開了眼界了。
