不能單獨看一個細節評論的酒店。非常特別的一次旅行體驗。首先我們選擇的酒店房型很適合我家小寶寶，因為房間裏意外有個滑梯。然後mini bar很精緻，冰箱裏的飲料都是我們習慣的。備品布草也是乾淨衞生，管家宇傑簡直是有求必應。孩子和大人都找到了自己放鬆的方式。書吧逗貓，旅拍風景，在餐廳的每一餐都感受了暖暖的關心。很喜歡這樣的感覺，不是豪華，就是愜意，已經安利了很多朋友，我自己也會再來！

預訂酒店後有專門管家服務。管家回覆很快，每個環節都會被及時滿足。我們住了幾天，管家冬雪哪怕是我撤回的消息都能給回覆到。每天有水果，還會送時令湯飲到房間，臨走還不忘贈送一杯現磨咖啡。
因為在海拔800m＋的山頂，餐飲需要提前預訂，早餐略普通，但在山頂條件相對受限的情況下已經做的很好，還有寧波特色的海鮮麪。

去年五一來過後説好二刷的，今年如約而至。這次訂的花徑，沒想到小朋友不喜歡，心心念念去年住的桃源（有個大滑梯），感謝管家宇傑幫忙協調後面兩天換到桃源，小朋友非常開心這兩天沒少麻煩他，服務非常到位。書吧的Shirley小姐姐人美也耐心，養的貓貓可愛。手工課yuan老師記得去年種樹時負責拍照，今年教小朋友們做手工也是多才多藝，總的來説五一幾天不虛此行，還在外面大草坪搭了半天的帳篷，行程非常完美！餐飲方面由於五一是套餐制，可選的菜品有點不太豐富，這個建議改善。
