酒店勝在地理位置，高山空氣清新，確實不愧雲上清溪之名。房間設施齊全乾凈，就是衞生間和卧室之間沒有隔音，晚上容易影響娃睡覺。
酒店餐廳的農家菜份量挺大，口味也不錯，不用擔心晚上在山上餓肚子。
前廳經理應程遠以及管家王婷服務熱情細心。但是餐廳的服務稍顯混亂，還可以加強。

The front desk manager, Ying Chengyuan, was very welcoming and kindly told me that it was snowing. I immediately booked a room to experience it. Sure enough, it snowed heavily on the second day. 一般吧，南苑做度假酒店真的一般…早餐很亂，房間亂七八糟的聲音很多，床品也不咋的，枕頭也不舒服，唯一就是點評上做的好看，過年期間💰2800住的，這個價格對比安瀾設施差了不是一點
