酒店很大，呈回字型，從大堂到房間需要一段時間；酒店服務一般，沒有管家，在走廊遇到工作人員也沒有主動和住客打招呼；酒店內小童遊樂設施工作人員經常不在崗，需要等待；早餐種類相對齊全，但是口味一般；酒店外部自然環境不錯，適合散步、拍照。個人入住後的感受是，這家酒店做派比較老式，管理有欠缺。

升級了側湖景大床房 很驚艷的陽台角色 房間57平真的超級大，配備戴森吹風機和Nespresso的咖啡機。
但第二晚明顯感覺空調衹有通風沒有製冷，半夜熱醒，因為有寶寶在就沒換房間或者讓工作人員進來查看空調。
服務沒得説，酒店工作人員態度都很好客
小童玩樂設施超級多，送了挖掘機 攀巖 卡丁車各一次。我們玩了兩次卡丁車一次挖掘機。卡丁車真的不錯呢。
酒店早餐種類豐富，海鮮粥推薦。不過西餐麪包就一般了，對了茶包真的很多選擇。
晚餐嘗試了400多的雙人燒烤套餐，量還是很大的，看着晚霞吃飯心情真的很好。燒烤師傅如果能再精進下調味水平就會更好了

希爾頓的風景非常不錯，就在東錢湖畔，酒店園林設計美觀大方，入住期間非常安靜，小童樂園的設施特別新，小童房裡的hape玩具非常新穎，房間寬敞乾淨，私密性好，孩子住的特別開心。退房時的前台王歡服務熱情有耐心，好評點贊，手續便捷，服務一流。

總體就是一個大大的“摳”……五一假期過後的週中去入住，停車場空空如也，酒店裡也很難見到其他住客，即使在這樣的情況下，酒店還是安排了同級房間中視野最差的，所謂園景房，正對着一堵黑黑的牆。這還不算，剛剛退完房，突然發現姨媽駕到，問前台是否有衞生巾提供，衹需要一片應急，這是一個很多三四星快捷酒店都能解決的需求，但堂堂希爾頓傲慢地衹能購買，於是不得不當場買下整包溢價差不多三倍的衞生巾……不是買不起，是一個五星級酒店的服務是這個樣子，令人百思不得其解，以後不會再住！還有！大床房床頭衹有一邊有插座，做出這個設計的，真是個天才！
