早餐太差 連個寶寶椅都沒能安排上 這麼大一個酒店難道衹有一個寶寶椅嗎？餐品種類也很少。可能是住店客人比較少 安排到了行政酒廊。

第一次寫點評，環境什麼都OK。就是這空調和後續應急處理一言難盡。定了1900一晚的親子房，到店4點了還在打掃，房間空調壞的小孩嫌熱睡不好，前台溝通了來看了好幾次，給我個冷風機吹，冷風機還不好用。11點多了説要給我換房間，我説抱着孩子換房間去睡，行李先放着明天回來理，結果不答應，大半夜説幫我一起理完行李再給換。誰大半夜來開親子房我真想問，你也沒生意好到滿房吧。一氣之下懶得換房，開着陽台門給小孩睡到天一亮就退房。

酒店工作人員周媛提前一天就聯繫客人，一行人員安排以及需要準備的物品，很是貼心。酒店很大，門前的服務員幫忙拿行李，很周到。酒店環境非常好，在東錢湖邊，早餐品種很多，能邊吃邊看湖景。酒店的錢湖閣真的很好吃，菜品新鮮，雖然價格小貴，但物超所值！

Our family loved the whole room, and the baby played on the carousel countless times. Sylvie served us throughout the trip, and the experience was great. We also tried Qianhu Pavilion Restaurant, where the braised pork was very sticky and delicious. We also gave longevity noodles and desserts for my birthday, which was a good review.
