本次入住西樓，房間空間尚可，衞生整潔。環境好，花園式賓館．早餐很好，花式品種很多，並入味。稍有點不足是入住兩樓，腿腳不便，沒有電梯需爬樓梯．入住酒店位置鬧中取靜．出行很方便，4號地鐵線A口就在酒店附近，步行兩分鐘即到達，到老外灘，天－廣場，鼓樓，南塘老街等景點方便極了。是一次很舒適旅遊體驗。感覺好極啦！

酒店是園林酒店，綠化面積大，環境幽靜，服務周到，設施完備，室內泳池水温舒適，早餐品種多，味道好，交通方便，就在地鐵四號線站旁，離火車站、鼓樓、天一閣、月湖風景區、城隍廟、天封塔等景區都很近，四號線西至東錢湖景區，北至慈城古城，出行方便。

西樓2樓的房間（沒有園景可看🤦），面積不大但乾淨整潔，衞生狀況良好。第一天入住有迎賓果盤非常貼心。酒店主幹道在地鐵施工有點吵，但西樓在最裡麪完全聽不到聲音，安靜。我們自帶外賣，希望酒店能幫忙微波爐加熱，賓客中心的管家貼心的為我們回爐炒了一下，還加了幾根胡蘿蔔絲，服務十分周到👍。温水游泳池也是非常棒的，遊了個痛快！唯一不足就是洗手間的移門往下掉，每次來回拉動都費勁而且發出很大聲響，晚上影響睡眠的。不關門的話裏面的感應燈動不動就亮起來，有點無奈

酒店很私密安靜，三面環水，有點國賓館氛圍。房間很高很大，乾淨整潔，服務員態度好。早餐味道特別好，到店贈送寧波特色口味的九宮格（泡飯放在很精緻的容器裏，配九樣下飯小菜）。
