分AB樓，為樓梯和電梯，到店發現訂了樓梯房，後來前台給調了電梯房，周邊環境還不錯，酒店近寧大，酒店後門可通寧大。寧大較園美。

講道理，比鼓樓天一那邊的性價比好多了，尤其是節假日期間，窗户外邊兒還是三官堂大橋，風景美麗，心情自然也會變美麗

距離寧波大學很近，離雲創也很近，對面就是寧大國際餐廳，看孩子方便，每次都住這家，房間不錯 服務也很好。
